exceptional landscape design services. Your satisfaction is our
priority, and we stand behind the quality of our work.
Design Services
For landscape design consultations and planning services:

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been
provided

Design package deposits are refundable within 7 days if work has
not commenced

If you are unsatisfied with design concepts, we offer up to two
rounds of revisions at no additional cost

Full design fees are non-refundable once final designs have been
delivered
Plant Purchases
For plants procured through our services:

Plants may be returned within 48 hours of delivery if they arrive
damaged or do not match specifications

Replacement plants will be provided at no additional charge for
qualifying returns

Plants that decline after proper installation are covered under
our 30-day plant warranty

Warranty does not cover plant loss due to improper care, drought,
or extreme weather
Installation Services
For landscape installation and hardscaping:

Work that does not meet agreed specifications will be corrected at
no additional cost

Installation deposits are non-refundable once materials have been
ordered

Cancellations after project commencement may incur charges for
work completed and materials purchased
- Structural elements carry a 1-year workmanship warranty
How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or discuss a refund:
- Contact us within the applicable timeframe
- Provide your project details and reason for the request

Include photos if reporting damaged plants or installation issues
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
Exceptions
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Custom-ordered materials and specialty plants
- Services fully rendered and accepted
- Damage caused by client actions or neglect
- Changes requested after project completion
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Refunds will
be issued to the original payment method. Plant replacements are
scheduled at the earliest available date.
